We are currently working with several authorities across the South coast who are looking for an experienced Locum Social Worker. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assessing the needs of children, adults, and families and developing effective support plans.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of individuals and families. Develop and implement tailored care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support. Maintain accurate case records and documentation. Provide advocacy and guidance to clients accessing social services. SWE registration Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England. Experience in assessment and case management. Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
