To support examinations and coursework procedures in particular for franchise students. To assist in the processing of mitigating circumstances Applications and reasonable adjustment plans (RAP); to collate and input assessment results; to participate in the organisation and delivery of Graduation and to support administrative work in relation to the main duties of the Registry - Assessments & Graduation.
The main responsibilities will be in relation to assessment work for collaborative partners including advising partners, inputting and checking marks, monitoring assessments and preparing information for assessment boards.
To work within the team, and manage in conjunction with the Deputy Head of the Registry - Assessments & Graduation in the development and improvement of the University Assessment processes and services and to provide training and advice for collaborative (Franchise) partners
To co-ordinate and administer the University’s Mitigating Circumstances and Appeals procedure, including scheduling meetings, updating systems to reflect any reasonable adjustment plans, communicating outcomes to Students and updating profiles (in relation to collaborative partners).
Degree level or equivalent, with experience of
Working within an educational environment, particularly higher Education, and Good organisational skills and attention to detail as well as able to work well in both a team and on their own and experience of office packages.
