Job Title: Assessor - Team Leading and Business Admin
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: up to £30,000 (Depending on experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin up to Level 3.
• Delivering virtual based training to learners, along with field-based assessments.
• Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills - Maths, English and ICT to level 2.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Criteria:

• Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Team Leading, Customer Service and Business Admin. 
• Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must hold strong Team Leading competency.
• Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
• Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
