ASSET DATA PROJECT OFFICER
The Assets Data Project Officer position is established to support data analysis for a Local Authority optimisation initiative, addressing overcrowding challenges.
The main responsibilities of the Asset Data Project Officer are:
- Assess properties against key criteria to optimise strategies and maximise asset utilisation.
- Utilise IT systems to identify, analyse, and monitor data sets, generating reports for pipeline planning.
- Analyse data across various property optimisation work-streams to aid in successful delivery.
My client is looking for:
- Experience in Asset data analysis to inform management strategies and develop work pipelines.
- Understanding of local authority social housing, private rented sector, and housing sales dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and IT systems, with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritise tasks, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders as needed.
My client can offer a flexible approach to working with two/three days a week in the office and the rest working remotely.
