As an Asset Finance Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in our internal sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Asset Finance processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating the Asset Finance pipeline to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensuring pipeline values match the information on our Goldvision CRM system.
• Registering all correspondence on Goldvision.
• Providing exceptional customer service to the community businesses we support.
• Understanding accounts information and customer credit profiles for accurate quotes.
• Understanding funder appetites for proposals and placing project equipment appropriately.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers to gather necessary information for proposals via telephone and email communication.
• Submitting finance proposals to underwriting using funder portals.
• Facilitating relationships between suppliers, customers, and funders, keeping all parties updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong background in customer service.
• Experience with the invoicing process.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing pipelines.
• Familiarity with systems/CRMs.
• Ideally, experience in Asset Finance or related industries.
• Detail-oriented to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
