This exciting opportunity will require you to ensure overall sustainability and effective performance management of the assets/property portfolio through the implementation of robust systems. Develop and execute planned maintenance programs, manage budgets, and uphold statutory and regulatory requirements. Oversee data protection, legal compliance, risk management, and maintain a high level of customer service. Promote positive organisational representation and handle various duties as required.

Duties and key skills:
- In-depth knowledge of asset management, planned maintenance, and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in analysing technical data.
- Familiarity with value for money and performance management principles.
- Ability to apply people management policies.
- Strong attention to detail, adept at working under pressure and managing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused and IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
