QUALIFICATION:
You will need to be CIOB qualified and a working knowledge of NEC and the Google suite would be advantageous
DUTIES:
-Experience of managing project budgets exceeding £5m per annum and implementing action plans?
-Knowledgeable and experienced in building construction, best practice and regulations?
-A Major Works Programme Manager to join us who can manage the delivery of planned investment programmes and provide leadership to the team of Capital Works Surveyors / Project Managers / Quality Assurance Inspectors / Resident Liaison Officers.
-The Assets Division has a vital role to play in ensuring that the SHP’s assets are protected, enhanced, and used in a way that supports the continued evolution of Suttons as a great place to live, work, invest, and do business.
-You’ll effectively manage partnered JCT contractors and consultants, procuring additional works contracts and staff resources where necessary.
