Asset Management Surveyor
Location: North London
Rate: £450 per day (umbrella)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Asset Management Surveyor to join a Local Authority in North London. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, maximising value, reducing costs, and increasing returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct responsibility for the entire property lifecycle within the portfolio.
- Manage and lead Asset Management initiatives, including lettings, rent reviews, re-gears, and refurbishments.
- Conduct hold/sell analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and agreements with a solid understanding of legal aspects.
- Produce high-quality reports and analysis within tight time constraints.

Requirements:

- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience in commercial property.
- Previous experience in a private practice or client-side role.
- Ideally, experience working with a local authority, although not essential.
- Strong background in lettings, rent reviews, and overall management of commercial property assets.
- Proven track record of delivering advice to clients and leading Asset Management initiatives.
