- Line management for a team of surveyors, analysts and admin
- Be responsible for the stock data, ensuring the provision of data analysis and integrity for the long term business plans.
- Support the property portfolio investment programmes
- Provide planning and scenario modelling to identify groups of suitable dwellings for energy or stock condition improvements
Asset Manager requirements:
- Experience undertaking stock modelling and data analysis
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence systems
