SalaryOur client based in Woking are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant on a temporary basis to support through a busy period.
Duties:
- Processing weekly payment runs
- Processing petty cash and expenses
- Assisting with year end
- Weekly Bank reconciliations
- Working to provide details of budget and actual spend
- Variance analysis
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparing VAT returns
Requirements:
- Experience using a finance system
- Experience in a similar accounting role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
