BlueCrest Recruitment are recruiting for a very fast growing and already established International company based in Milton Keynes. They are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to support the Management Accounts team.
The successful Assistant Accountant -will come from a background of processing AP, Expenses, Accounts receivable etc but now wants to step up in their career with a leading company. Desirable would be a candidate who is AAT qualified etc
This is a fast paced, high volume environment, The successful candidate will be instrumental in the finance team and work in a fast paced environment.
Expenses for employees, checking and processed to SAGE 200
Suppliers:
Processing AP invoices, seeking approval and posting. Preparing weekly payment run. Liasing with supplier queries
Banking and Cash Book
Daily multi currency bank reconciliations
Responsible for Accounts Receivable, sending customer statements and invoicing.
Month end closing for al relevant areas
Involvement with ERP migration from Sage
Dynamics including user acceptance testing.
Essential
- Must have prior experience managing an account payable function, including payment runs
- Ability to work under pressure and be able to deal with high volume invoices.
- Good Communication Skills.
