Office Based Role in Park Royal
A well-established Utilities company based in Park Royal/ Acton, is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity if you are just qualified or in your final stages of your ACCA or CIMA and want to get involved in management accounts, month end management, group company accounts and purchase and sales ledger at a senior accounts level. Looking for an Assistant Accountant with previous public practise, looking to progress in their career and eager to learn through challenges and performing to deadlines.
Duties include:
Maintaining and managing books of multiple companiesManage Purchase and Sales ledger with varying degrees of complexityManage and maintain bank accounts, record keeping and reconciliationsManaging company Tax (VAT,CT CIS) record keeping and reporting obligationsMonthly management account preparation and analysis and year endsPreparing and providing information relating to annual statutory auditsCollection and preparation of financial information for regulatory reportingAny other duties relating to finance and accountingKey Skills and Experience:
Graduate and Passed finalist or sitting for final stages for ACCA or CIMA. Preferably has passed SBR.2 years in public practiceExcel - intermediate levelUsed to using finance systems - Access Dimensions, Quickbooks -desirableKnowledge of accounting principles - preferable done Accounting as a subject for A/LEnergetic fast learner, prepared to take on a challenge and perform to deadlinesAble to work with different systems simultaneouslyExperience in group company accounts, month-end management accountsBenefits:
