This is a brilliant opportunity for a keen and enthusiastic Administration Assistant with strong organisational skills to join a successful local Company, this is an exciting role where no two days will be the same.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the Manager with the daily management of the office and managing the administration function

- Managing the reception area, welcoming visitors and announcing their arrival to relevant person

- Dealing with enquiries in relation to availability of services provided and providing verbal quotations

- Sending out welcome packs to new clients and managing the enrolment process from start to finish

- Maintaining confidential client records and updating information held when necessary

- Ensuring all fees are received on time and chasing clients with overdue payments via telephone and email
