Assistant Air Quality Consultant

Our Client, a respected independent multi-disciplinary consultancy with expertise in a range of environmental engineering services focussing mainly on construction, industrial and renewable energy sectors currently requires an Assistant or Graduate Air Quality Consultant. You will assist with the growth and development of their Air Quality impact assessment business and manage a wide range of projects with major clients in a wide range of sectors.
Qualifications
Environmental / Science based degree
Membership of a relevant institute.
Full clean driving licence
Experience
Ideally experience in Air Quality consultancy
Project management
Significant demonstrable experience in undertaking Air Quality assessments
Strong communication (oral and written) and team management skills
Client and regulator liaison
Experience with ADMS models
Experience with Microsoft office suite of programs
Duties
Air Quality and multi-disciplinary consultancy projects
To liaise with clients and project teams, both internal and external
To develop new business
Dispersion modeling of linear and point emission sources
Pollutant concentration mapping
Monitoring and/or modeling (DMRB, ADMS-Roads, and ADMS-4) for EIAs, planning applications
Ambient pollutant monitoring
Dealing with Air Quality, odour, and dust issues for purposes of planning, environmental permitting, and litigation
Projects
Residential, commercial, mixed use schemes, renewables, industrial, and quarrying
