Provides administrative support of Quality Assurance processes to support and assist the Quality Assurance team.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Provides general administration to support the effective operation of the Quality Assurance team, i.e., organisation of team meetings, minute taking.
  • Supports the administration of external audit preparation including room bookings, meeting invites etc.
  • Administers the audit process including audit notifications, requesting audit documentation ensuring audits are organised effectively, issuing reports.
  • Assists with the collection and submission of communication material to support the communication strategy.
  • Analyses and checks presentations to support delivering quality information to various meetings.
  • Works with team members to provide operational support and assistance where required.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

  • Good knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools.
  • Creative thinker who communicates clearly.
  • High standard of written and communication skills.
  • Team player who can motivate others.
  • Skill in editing and to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation to brand style.
  • Set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
  • Experience developing working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.

You’ll also have:

  • Knowledge of the construction and consultancy industry.
  • Previous knowledge of supporting a team.
  • Understanding of project management techniques.
