Assistant Arts And Information Education Officer

Seven Social Care is looking for a Assistant Arts and Information Education Officer at Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council paying £18.36 per hour

The role:

The post holder is responsible for the set up, operation, maintenance and evaluation of administrative and promotional information for the Arts Service and for communicating directly with clients in relation to the effective delivery of the Arts Service both at ISLAND Arts Centre and on an outreach basis.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

Undertake administrative tasks using a range of computerised software systems to ensure the effective function of all Arts Service information and promotional activities.

Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports/ questionnaires, undertaking marketing analytics techniques to gather important data through social media, web analytics, rankings etc. updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information, as required.

Assist in the organisation of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and preparing and delivering promotional presentations, when required.

Assist with the composition and posting of online content on the Arts Service website and other social media accounts, as required.

Assist with the organisation and event management of all Arts Service activities, as required.
