• Managing 5 Private Dining Rooms with a max capacity of 150
• Staff supervision and training
• Maintaining a consistently professional, efficient and friendly service in all areas

• Luxury banqueting experience at, at least supervisory level
• An eye for details
• Dedication and a flair for making the mundane magical
• Exemplary service skills
