A new role has arisen for an Assistant Boutique Manager, our client is looking for a experienced retail individual. You will be working for a high end brand in their beautiful store in Chelsea! (Great location)
This role is full time and permanent, the store is open Monday – Saturday and you will always have a Sunday off plus one other day in the week.
Key responsibilities will include assisting the general manager in organizing and planning. You will coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure that the company store standards are at their best. You will oversee the team and manage their performance in store. You will also set objectives to the team and make sure you're staying encouraging and supporting the team.
The ideal candidate would have had experience working in retail at supervisor or assistant store manager level, passion and eagerness to progress into retail is a must!
You will also have 25 days holiday, bank holidays off, Christmas to New year off, and Easter off. This store get lots of returning and international customers and are really looking for a clear communicator to help maintain a smooth day to day retail experience.
