We have an exciting opportunity in marketing across our range of food brands. The role is 3 days a week with some additional hours required covering events & during busy periods.
We make award winning products from our specialist facilities in Fife, with multiple distribution channels. We’re a small company with a big ambition looking for the right person to join our growing team.
This exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to growing our brands presence through events and marketing.
As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all brand presence, including, but not limited to, social media, sampling, events, store visits, content, email & collateral. The role will include digital & website tasks, copy writing, promoting the brands, sampling products and being the face of the company. The role will also incorporate some field sales work & reporting for sales and working with the sales team to measure KPI's and changes in performance.
Role Overview
· Drive impact in key retail accounts (planning dates and supporting material for sampling sessions).
· Act as a brand guardian and manage the development of marketing materials including photography, video content, trade and catalogue assets, POS materials, promotional material (for events), and PR tool kits.
· Deliver content both for the website, newsletter & press, and manage brand initiatives and communications across retail and B2B channels.
· Manage our websites, ensure all content and shop pages are up to date & develop any consumer and shopper insights, consumer profiles and website reports to improve shopper experience and usage.
· Email content planning & creation, delivering weekly email campaigns. Deliver on strategies to grow the email list.
· Manage all social media channels, communication & regular posting. Setup and monitor any paid campaigns & report on results.
The Right Candidate
· 2 year + marketing experience writing content
· Creative, self-starter and have own initiative
· Good writing ability across all channels, able to set the tone of each brand
· Enthusiasm for the food industry
· Confident communicating and working with a wide range of people
· Organisational skills – able to juggle tasks, follow up with different team members to be able to co-ordinate content & finish projects
**Please note, the successful candidate will need to have their own transport as we work across multiple locations, visit customers & events. This will occasionally include driving marketing materials & products to events in our van.
