Your new role
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who is customer-centric and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is progressive, engaging and who has the drive to develop, as you will be involved in all aspects of Recruitment and HR across the UK, with exposure to international teams too. The role will also involve:

• Build effective and long-lasting, trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and the senior leadership teams.
• Attracting, developing and engaging talent.
• Lead and deliver projects across the UK HRBP Community.
• Driving overall process improvements.
• Champion D&I initiatives.
• Manage large scale projects.
• Utilise data analysis to identify HR-related issues and develop and implement data-driven solutions to address them effectively.
  

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to be dynamic, passionate about innovation and customer-centric. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong commercial acumen. You will also need demonstrable experience in the following:

• Previous HR Business Partner experience
• Previous Project Management experience
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills - experience in managing and implementing HR metrics/KPIs
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviours, to drive project success.
• Extensive experience in senior stakeholder management and effectively leading HR teams.
