SalaryThe client, a well-established Multidisciplinary Consultancy in South East London, is currently seeking to recruit an Assistant Building Surveyor following a period of remarkable success. The building consultancy team primarily handles projects within the health, residential, education, commercial, and retail sectors. The focus of the role will be on general building surveying, offering opportunities to cover all competency areas and work towards achieving chartered status, with comprehensive support provided for APC candidates.

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold an RICS accredited degree and possess prior experience working as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a Consultancy. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, with a strong understanding of Building Surveying practices. Additionally, exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role. Individuals who might not be receiving adequate support in their APC and are now seeking a more stable company with the expertise to foster their development and enable them to qualify as chartered surveyors would find this opportunity particularly appealing. The company is also open to considering exceptional fresh graduates who have gained some previous experience during a sandwich year or similar arrangement, even if they have not initiated their APC but desire the support to do so.
