Person Specification:

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
• Ideally have post grad experience in Building Surveying
• You may have started on your APC pathway
• You will be driven to develop and progress your career

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you will work across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions. Your work will cover but not be limited to the following areas with full training and support: –

• Feasibility Studies / Condition Surveys
• Design
• Specification writing (NBS preferred)
• Contract Administration & Project Management
• Client liaison and management
• Technical due diligence for trusts

Salary & Package:

Salary – £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and background.

• Mileage at 0.45p per mile for business use.
