SalaryMy client is a well established award winning contractor looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to run a scheme initially in Chesterfield. The scheme is a new build that requires a client facing No.1. You will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor and will be experienced in running your own projects from inception to completion. A good D+B knowledge base would be advantageous. Typically my clients schemes range from £2m-£6m and cover industrial and commercial building. As my client does not undertake residential projects a house building background would not be suitable for this particular role. Due to the nature of the scheme locations you may be required to cover schemes in Coventry and the East midlands. My client is seeking a manager with a strong track record in permanent employment.
