As my client continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As the Site Manager for Steel Construction and Aluminium Demountable Structures, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and safety protocols.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction management, specifically in steel construction and aluminium demountable structures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification in construction management or related field (desired).
