SalaryApproach Personnel are working with a nationwide social housing contractor, who are require a permanent Site Manager to work on a large EWI / decarbonisation project in Stoke-on-Trent.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, organising and supervising the EWI work on site
- Ensuring the quality, safety and environmental standards of the work
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing the budget, programme and resources of the project
- Solving any problems or issues that may arise on site
- Reporting on the progress and performance of the project
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in managing EWI projects, preferably in the social housing sector
- Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
