Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Conduct site visits and assist with measurement and valuation of work done
- Assist in analyzing project costings and monitoring project progress
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Support the Quantity Surveying team in various administrative tasks and project-related duties
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive attitude towards work
