As an Assistant Care Home Manager, you ll offer leadership and management to a multi-disciplinary team of care professionals to ensure their 60 residents are cared for and supported to the highest standards possible.
You ll play a key role in ensuring that the home's high standards are adhered to throughout the service, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines are followed.

- Experience working within a similar management-level position within a care environment
