Hours: 37 hours per week
Annual Salary: £34,182 - £36,681 plus benefits
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Centre Manager to join our Larkfield Leisure Centre team on a full time basis. Hours will be on a rota basis and will include weekdays and weekends, day shifts and evenings.
The Assistant Centre Manager is crucial in the operational management of the site, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to Health & Safety standards, providing a positive experience for customers, visitors and stakeholders in accordance with aims and objectives of the Trust and the requirements of the Management and Lease Agreements.
The Assistant Centre Manager will provide support and guidance to the site operational teams in the delivery of a professional and outstanding leisure experience. They will also assist the Centre Manager with the continuous development and improvement of the centre, and contribute to planning and implementation of operational change.
Candidates should have previous management experience in a busy multi-use site and have a good understanding of Health and Safety, preferably within a leisure environment. Candidates should ideally hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or have the ability to pass the qualification, as well as a Pool Plant Operators Certificate.
