To besuccessful in this role, you should have a passion for cooking andexperience cooking world foods with a deep passion for Koreancuisine to lead our kitchen team.
Duties:
- To supervise kitchen staff and to encourageself-development
- To produce and presentconsistent high standards of food
- To understandthe business needs and requirements
- To deputisein the absence of the head chef to ensure that standards aremaintained to the highest level
- To assistmaintaining all legal health, hygiene and safetyrecords
- Ensure the highest standard ofcleanliness is maintained within thekitchen
- Assist the development of the kitchenstaff
- Input of new ideas and food styles toassist in maintaining customersatisfaction
- Liaise with head chef to ensurethat all work is carried out efficiently and to the correcttimescales
Skills &Experience
