My client, a private members club in the Surrey Hills incorporates a range of fantastic facilities including an award winning 18-hole golf course, large function and dinning facilities with over 700 members are looking for an experienced Assistant Chef to support the catering operation and work alongside the Head Chef.
Main responsibilities:
- Cleanliness of the Kitchen/maintaining food hygiene
- Working alongside Head Chef and running kitchen in his/her absence
- Preparing and cooking food for our bar menu
- Preparing, cooking, and serving food for the various function menus
