To manage and administrate a caseload of non-clinical, personal injury Claims and Losses and Compensation cases in accordance with the Trusts claims handling policies and procedures and applicable legislation and guidance. To assess and manage claims in accordance with the Trusts Claims Handling Policy. To provide administrative support to the team regarding CNST claims ad inquests. To liaise closely with staff, solicitors, the NHS Resolution and the coroner. In addition, to liaise with the Trusts Estates Providers, Finance Department, Complaints Department, Clinical Risk Management Department, and other parties as necessary in the administration and management of Claims and Inquests.
