The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
In this role, the Assistant Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in leading projects from the initial planning stages through to successful completion. The primary objective is to ensure the delivery of projects to clients with the highest levels of excellence and quality. The role is distinguished by its remarkable diversity, offering the successful candidate the chance to gain valuable experience across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Participate in diverse projects across sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Sports, and Life Sciences.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Gain an understanding of the project lifecycle from feasibility to post-handover.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
- A degree related to Construction or Project Management.
- An interest in working towards chartership, or already in the process of gaining it.
- Working knowledge of common forms of building contracts, including JCT and NEC.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Awareness of the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.
- The ability to identify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business.
