The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
In this role, the Assistant Construction Project Manager will be part of a team that excels in delivering innovative and creative solutions for various projects. The focus will be on projects in the Retail and Office sectors, encompassing new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and more.
This position requires expert communication skills and the ability to adapt and innovate throughout the life of a project and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of projects in the Retail and Office sectors.
- Contribute to projects involving new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, and other related activities.
- Provide support in areas such as occupation and facilities, lease transactions, and expert witness services.
- Work on retail projects including shopping centres, entertainment venues, retail parks, and high street shops.
- Ensure creative and innovative solutions are developed for each project.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
- Relevant degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the Retail and Office sectors is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An innovative and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of maximizing value for clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
