Your Role as an Assistant Contract Manager:
- Collaborate with the General Manager: Assist in meeting all requirements set out in the Management Services Agreement.
- Ensure Compliance: Support the General Manager in ensuring adherence to all obligations of the Project Agreement.
- Liaison: Regularly communicate with relevant parties regarding insurance and legal claims against projects.
- Records Management: Maintain comprehensive office records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Expense Management: Oversee project expenses, payments for functions, stationery, and other items as directed.
- Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance.
- Service Provider Compliance: Ensure all service providers provide evidence of contractual compliance.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Facilities Contractual Agreements: Solid understanding of contractual agreements in facilities management.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial understanding.
- PFI Knowledge/Experience: Beneficial but not essential.
- Operational Performance: Ability to identify and address performance issues.
- Reporting Tools: Proficient in using reporting tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities.
