Assistant Customer Care Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a market leading Developer who build homes and neighbourhoods across London, Birmingham and the South of England.
They are currently building housing consisting of thousands of units, and the project is due to go on for almost 20 more years!
This client are now looking for an Assistant Customer Care Manager to liaise with Customer Care Managers and contractors to ensure all reported defects are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Other responsibilities within the role include:
- Undertaking acceptance and inspection of homes as and when necessary
- Managing customer contacts during normal hours of operation
- Defect issues raised
- Record reported warranty defects
- Produce work schedules and allocate as appropriate
- Produce spreadsheet reports for utilities providers following handover of homes
- Follow up on customer feedback, and more.
