Assistant Customer Care Manager Job in South London

Assistant Customer Care Manager job available, working for a top 10 UK housebuilder. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience with plot inspections, demos, and aftercare within property. For this role, they are offering a salary of circa £35,000 + Car Allowance.

Our client is a nationally recognised housebuilder that operate in London, South East, and the Midlands. They are now looking to add an Assistant Customer Care Manager to provide support at a prestigious development in South London.

Role & Responsibilities

• Undertake inspections of homes when necessary
• Liaise closely with Customer Care Managers and contractors to ensure all reported defects
• Ensure that all defects are dealt with efficiently
• Assist and provide assistance to Customer Care Managers when necessary
• Produce work schedules and diarise for colleagues as appropriate
• Carry out day to day office administration tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in snagging inspections, after care, plot inspections
• Broad understanding of the construction process and previous relevant experience
• Full UK Driving License is essential.
