VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a leading NI business, with the appointment of an Assistant HR Director role based in Belfast.
This is a key role with a growing HR team and will play a key role in leading transformational change within a large and highly complex business.
The Assistant Director will contribute to the strategic direction of the HR function, and act as a strategic partner, providing advice and guidance to all departments across the Human Resources remit, including recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, reward and recognition and organisational development.
You will provide effective leadership throughout the department, developing a strong team culture and ethos, working towards a collective goal.

The Person
- A highly experienced HR leader, with significant exp gained within a leadership role
- Experience of supporting a large workforce (1000 +)
- CIPD qualified (chartered or above)
