Queen’s University Belfast is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Personal Assistant, to Director of Innovation/CEO.
You will be responsible for delivering a high-level, comprehensive and professional PA and administrative service. The post holder will work pro-actively and collaboratively with other members of the team, the broader University and senior level internal and external stakeholders (e.g. VC’s Office, Local Authority Leadership teams, investors and company CEOs).
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:
- Academic and/or vocational qualifications i.e. NVQ Level 3, A levels in relevant subject (or equivalent).
- 4 years relevant experience in a complex administrative office environment to include experience of:
- Providing Personal Assistant duties at senior executive
- Committee servicing at the highest levels within an organisation (e.g. CEO level meetings or similar).
- Organisational skills (including circulating invites, drafting agendas, collating papers, taking and drafting minutes).
- Planning and organising short and long term activities and events
- Evidence of supporting major projects of significant scale and complexity.
- Developing and enhancing working methods and processes
- Experience of handling confidential/ sensitive information with discretion.
