Salary: £35,865 (£37,700 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Liverpool and Runcorn regions /Hybrid

The difference you will make as aAssistant Environmental Services Manager
To support the National Environmental Services Manager to deliver the national grounds maintenance and environmental service for the Group, ensuring works are planned and delivered efficiently, are in line with Health and Safety requirements and provide an excellent customer experience in line with the Asset Services Strategy. Manage the Ground Maintenance and Environmental Services team within the South and Central region to deliver high quality Environmental Services whilst ensuring green spaces are maintained in accordance with industry standards
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating large teams, including managing team performance.
- Proven track record of managing an Environmental Services Team.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure delivering to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Results driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex information, and experience of providing meaningful management information.
- Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation.
