First impressions count and its down to our Facilities Team to make sure every single member of the team delivers a knowledgeable, first class customer experience to our staff, students and visitors.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our award winning team, who are passionate about the Facilities Management industry. You will need to have a positive, can do attitude with a strong customer service background and be an excellent communicator as well as keeping calm under pressure. A knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be an advantage but not essential
You will organise, coach and support every member of your team to :
- Provide a highly professional soft facilities service (including cleaning, minor repairs and maintenance, reception/concierge functions and Health, Safety and Compliance activities) and
- Develop a pride in place culture to ensure we continue to deliver excellent, customer focussed services which support key University agendas.
