Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
- Oversee the daily operations of the catering department, ensuring smooth functioning
- Collaborate closely with the F&B Manager to create strategic goals and uphold the overarching business vision
- Continuously seek avenues for enhancing product offerings and maintaining high-quality standards
- Prioritise both customer satisfaction and fiscal efficiency
- Assist the F&B Manager in evaluating team performance, recognising training requirements, and identifying potential improvements
Your experience, qualifications and personality
The ideal candidate will have experience in an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role or similar, in a 4-star or higher hotel or high-quality restaurant. You should be comfortable taking charge of the F&B operation in the absence of the F&B Manager and be adept at handling all manner of operations including restaurant service, functions, and weddings.
