Form of workAt InterContinental Edinburgh The George Hotel, we have an exciting opening to join our team as an Assistant Front Office ManagerWe are looking for someone who can commit to Full-Time, across 5 shifts per week.We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required.We are paying up to £30,000.00 per annum plus paid overtime. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to earn more through out Front Office bonus schemes
including monetary incentives for room upgrades, IHG One Reward Points for enrolments and monetary awards for bookings made for our Restaurant.As an Assistant Front Office Manager your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Front Office Manager to lead our team of receptionists, managing the shift you are working, coordinating rotas and coaching and developing the team. You will also be largely involved with high-level guest service recoveries, interacting with guests and problem solving with any issues which do arise.
