We are looking for a strong Assistant General Manager to join an incredible business in London!
This role is a senior management position with great potential to move into a General Manager position within a unique, rapidly growing business. You will support the General Manager in the daily running of the site and you will have a true passion and energy for delivering excellent guest experiences.

- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
- Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team
- Previous hospitality management experience
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Planning and organising skills
- Excellent attention to detail and standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
- Excellent commercial skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Support the Restaurant Manager and Senior General Manager in leading our exceptional Front of House team to set-up and deliver a unique guest experience
- Lead the team in service, demonstrating great attention to detail and product knowledge to drive quality and consistency
- Manage our Front of House team
- A positive attitude is a must!
