We are on the hunt for an energetic, positive, and highly motivated Assistant General Manager with experience in high volume restaurants / hospitality businesses.

The Assistant General Manager role:

The site is HUGE, very exciting and fast paced! You will be managing a large team and multiple outlets within the site therefore High-Volume Experience is Required! This role is operational, but you will also be leading from the front, keeping staff morale high through incentives, and insuring high levels of customer service!

Essential skills:

• Organisational skills with the ability to plan review and maximise revenue and profitability.
• Minimum 2yr experience as an AGM within a high-volume wet led operation.
• Excellent team player and mentor with a desire to develop leadership skills, working with the General Manager to inspire and motivate a team of employees.
• You will enjoy creating a structured environment and have a passion for team development.
