Assistant General Manager – Caribbean

Salary: USD$48,000 + Accommodation + Medical + Work Permit + Flights + Vacation

Location: Port Louis, Grenada

My client is seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager as they prepare to open a new establishment later this year.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of their three outlets.
With a focus on providing upscale amenities and services, including luxurious accommodations, fine dining experiences, and state-of-the-art facilities, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for the guests.

Responsibilities:

• Help oversee all aspects of 3 outlets; restaurant, bar and cafe
• Develop growth strategies and implement them effectively
• Create and manage budgets efficiently
• Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives
• Conduct the hiring process to build a skilled workforce
• Analyze financial data to make informed decisions

Key Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Assistant General Manager
• Have both Front of House and Back of House experience
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and drive profitability
