Assistant Head Housekeeper

Responsibilities in your new role

• Oversee the quality of work produced in all areas of housekeeping and laundry department.
• Check and clean guest rooms and public areas.
• Represent the housekeeping department at morning operational meetings ensuring full knowledge of VIP arrivals and any guest complaints.
• Resolve all complaints in a timely manner in conjunction with the front office.
• Facilitate guest requests promptly.
• Adhere to all brand standards and take full responsibility for the implementation of any changes to standards.
• Work towards achieving audit targets/scores for hygiene and cleanliness.
• Undertake administration tasks of the housekeeping and laundry department including monthly stocktakes of guest supplies/amenities.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Essential requirements for this role encompass prior supervisory experience in a luxury venue, demonstrating proactive and energetic attributes. The ideal candidate should possess the capability to effectively manage their workload while providing supervision to others.
