We have a vacancy for an inspiring, dedicated and highly motivated professional to join our thriving and forward thinking school. The permanent, full-time post has a class teaching commitment, with half a day out of class to lead Early Years.
We are looking for someone who:
- is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching Early Years children
- will be a committed member of our Early Years and Leadership Team
- has experience of working with children in Early Years
- can lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of a Swain House centric curriculum which promotes the learning and development of children in Early Years
- has the ability to observe, assess and plan for children’s individual development
- has outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork
- will play a pivotal role in the leadership of our school
- has a passion for creative learning in both the indoor and outdoor provision
- has a commitment to raising standards
