Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking an Assistant Health & Safety Advisor for a well-established social housing provider within the Northeast Region. This role will be working within the Health and Safety team to contribute to the delivery of occupational Health and Safety to all group operations to ensure highest standards.
Assistant Health and Safety Advisor Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and deliver on key Health and Safety objectives and projects in line with the Health and Safety Team's annual plan to ensure the Team is advising on, developing, and promoting a positive and compliant Health and Safety culture consistent with current legislation
- Contribute to the continuous review of and adherence to all Health and Safety arrangements and processes to demonstrate compliance
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of Health and Safety systems to record information and analyse performance outcomes across all stakeholders ensuring accurate data is provided in a timely manner
Assistant Health and Safety Advisor Essential Requirements:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate as a minimum with intention to work towards and obtain NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Experience of working in Health and Safety or social housing environment
- Ability to work autonomously and set own priorities as well as working as a team member
