Looking for an experienced Assistant to support the busy office of an extremely impressive and well-regarded individual.
This is a 6-month contract position and is an all-encompassing role. The duties of this Administrator role involve correspondence, calendar management, research, filing and admin, scheduling meetings, events and projects.
The ideal candidate for this Assistant role will be/have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, strong administrative skills
- Calm, capable, self-sufficient, and quietly confident
- Strong attention to detail and common sense
- Proactive, willing to muck in when needed
- Possess relevant experience in a boutique working environment.
This Assistant role would work as either a 4-day or a 5-day week depending on the candidate’s requirements.
