Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Housing Officer to join our Aberdeen-based client, who provide a range of quality and affordable homes around Scotland.
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Pay rate: £14.41 per hour
Working as an Assistant Housing Officer, your duties will include:
- Supporting the delivery of housing management services
- Effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders, including residents, and acting upon areas in which quality of service is not up to standard
- Following all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements within housing management, minimising any risks that could arise for customers
- Providing an excellent customer service through direct contact with customers, resolving complaints and identifying areas for improvement
- Keeping all records up-to-date in line with relevant GDPR policies
To be successful within this role, you will ideally have:
- SVQ2 qualification in a relevant area, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Sound comprehension of written and spoken English
- Confidence working with numbers, data and learning internal software
